The house was completely amazing. The outdoor space was unbelievable. I wish we had had more time to spend there. Katia replied immediately when we had a question. The kitchen area was open and beautiful. Two outdoor fireplaces, fire pit, hot tub. We enjoyed them all.
Would definitely go back.

If I could give this place 10 stars ⭐️ I would.
This amazing location and wonderful host are top tier in my book. I had a cousin reunion and more cousin showed up than we expected, However Kate was so caring, friendly and proactive. She allowed them to participate as long as they didn’t spend the night which was perfect. There aren’t enough words in the English language to accurately describe this location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful lake house on Lake Hartwell. Close to Clemson University. Spacious home with cozy and warm decor. 5 bedrooms, 4,5 baths that allows plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake. Top notch pool and hot tub by the gazebo so you can enjoy the outdoors day and night! Fully stocked kitchen and grill on the deck for the chef in your group. Enjoy the sunset at the private dock or go for a nice swim on the deep waters.

Had family out at Katia’s for a few days and everyone had a great time! Loved all the amenities, the pool, hot tub, and especially the outdoor kitchen area! We rented a pontoon boat from Hartwell Marina, recommend them highly, very friendly and helpful! The home looked exactly like the pictures, everyone had a great time!

Katia’s lake house was wonderful! Everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. Clean, plenty of room for our group of 9. Was very responsive when anything arose. Definitely would rent again!
